Job Title: Production Worker Full-Time

Job Summary:
Fulton Services is seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating various manufacturing processes, including metal stamping, saw cutting, forming, riveting, assembling, and packing. Our robust job rotation and employee-driven continuous improvement process ensure a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products
• Process materials to design specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Run quality parts at or above rate, maintaining a high level of productivity
• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality parts and monitor die performance
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Accurately clock in and out of jobs, time, and quantity
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety policies and procedures
