Futbol Fever is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Manager to join our team and take charge of planning and hosting unforgettable youth birthday parties at our indoor soccer facility.
As the Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for young guests and their families. If you are a detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused individual with a passion for event coordination, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of youth birthday parties, including scheduling, setup, execution, and teardown.
- Interact with parents and party hosts to understand their preferences and tailor party packages to their needs.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate soccer-themed activities, games, and drills for party attendees.
- Manage party logistics, including decorating party areas, coordinating catering, and overseeing entertainment.
- Lead and supervise party activities to ensure a smooth flow and an enjoyable experience for guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns from parents and guests.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in party areas before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote party packages and attract new bookings.
- Handle financial transactions, invoicing, and payment collection related to party bookings.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the party experience and gather feedback for improvement.

Requirements
- Weekend Availability (Up to 6-12 Hours per weekend)
- Previous experience in event planning, preferably with a focus on children's events or birthday parties.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and the ability to design engaging activities for different age groups.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required for party bookings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual required (Spanish and English)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
