Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, billing, and account inquiries
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate customer records using data entry software
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Has to be willing to obtain a property and casualty license if not already.
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual)
- Experience in sales or upselling is preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
