What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Support Analyst position at GL Funding?
This is an entry level technical position. The candidate will need to be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, be able to handle a stressful situation in a professional manner and be able to prioritize their workload.
- First line of contact for IT support. The agent will need to manage incident reports and service level requests by using a ticketing system. They will be responsible by updating tickets, Triaging, escalations, and following Service level agreements.
- Maintain, implement, analyze, troubleshoot computer/server/network related problems.
- Able to diagnose and resolve moderately complex system hardware, software, network and user issues.
- Imaging and configuring windows 10 and 11 computers.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to be able to pay attention to details.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a clear understanding of customer relationship building.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365; MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access.
- Proficiency with windows 10 and windows 11.
- An understanding of the fundamentals of TCP/IP networking.
Experience
- 1 year of experience or more in an IT related field
- 2 years or more in Customer Service
Education and certificates
- CompTIA A Certification or Microsoft MTA
- Associate degree or higher in an IT related field, or 5-years of job experience in IT

Pay: $33,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
