About the Position
Our new team member will:
- Provide excellent customer service to our broker partners and clients through both verbal and written communication
- Rate and quote new and renewal group life plans for an assigned territory
- Service and process annual contributions to our Volunteer Service Award Programs
- Process distributions to eligible volunteers of our Volunteer Service Award Programs
- Follow up on policy quotes, renewals, and premium payments
- Maintain client activity within our automated systems
- Must pay attention to detail and exhibit a high degree of commitment to accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalency is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Customer service experience in a professional environment
- Ability to work independently
- Have a positive attitude and love working with a collaborative team
- Prior experience in accounting or recordkeeping a plus
