Grand Design RV is currently sourcing for a Data Entry Clerk to assist our Service Shop team in data entry and maintaining records and documentation.

Grand Design RV is looking for a Data Entry Clerk for our Service Shop team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, positive, and friendly with a follow-through mindset and possess the necessary skills for this role, we welcome you to begin your journey by applying today!

If you are interested in the Data Entry Clerk position you will :

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Use computer and computer systems to enter data and process information
• Compile information, verify data and information for accuracy, and sort information
• Create spreadsheet reports in Excel for management
• Document, organize, and store relevant documents in the database
• Communicate with support staff, shop technicians, and foreman

Education & Experience

• High School diploma
• Computer experience, wo
• Must be detail-oriented
• Possess strong time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook email

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Walk short distances to communicate with support staff, technicians and foremen
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team
