Staffmark is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk in Warsaw, IN. If you're looking for a role where your skills will be valued and you can make a difference, keep reading!

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Transfer data from paper formats or digital forms into computer files.
  • Type in data provided directly from customers.
  • Review and verify existing data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Update existing data.
  • Sort, organize, and electronically file data sources after entry.
  • Scan documents and print files as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills for retrieving and updating system data.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
