Job Title: Accounts Payable/ Human Resources Administrator
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
Summary: Assist the Office Manager with specific duties of wholesale/retail nursery, landscaping and maintenance departments.
DUTIES:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or human resources administration
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Quicken, and Workday
- Knowledge of financial concepts, double entry bookkeeping, and GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll management and benefits administration
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.39 - $21.67 per hour
