Recruiting Coordinator
Creates and sends offer letter to candiates.
Coordinates the post-offer pre-employment process.
Schedules pre-employment screening including background checks, drug screens, and any
other pre-hire items.
Communicates new hire timing and step completion to hiring manager, recruiter, and
supplemental resources (IT, Payroll, etc.).
Manages candidate participation in the application and pre-hire process.
Tracks candidate post-offer workflow accurately within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Supports special recruiting projects including customized reporting, career fairs, vendor
research, etc.
Responsible for high-volume candidate and applicant management/tracking
Post job descriptions
Process new hires through Workday
Provide support to applicants throughout their recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
Manage communication with applicants and hiring managers
Source and maintain active engagement with passive qualified candidates for future roles
Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of
contact for candidates
Assist with Recruiting key initiatives, and other tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2years experience in a Recruiting support role
Adept at quickly learn new processes and technology
Ability to multitask and have strong organization and prioritization skills
Strong attention to detail
Extremely flexible, proactive, able to easily shift priorities, and handle heavy workflow
processing
Operate with team mentality and strong sense of urgency
Ability to interface across all levels of the organization
Experience with ADP Workforce or other ATS/CRM a plus
Salary : $48,500 - $61,500
