What You’ll Do:
Lead New Associate Orientation: Keep our team updated with the latest leadership changes, program modifications, and ensure our video content is always fresh and relevant.
Manage Communications: Oversee all Talent Acquisition communications, ensuring our messaging is on point for internal and external candidates, hiring leaders, and new associates.
Optimize Experiences: Use cutting-edge People & Culture technologies like Workday HCM and Brassring ATS to refine and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with recruiters, support specialists, TA leadership, and other stakeholders to build strong, effective relationships.
Create Engaging Content: Develop social media campaigns and training videos that captivate and attract top talent.
Track and Measure: Monitor project milestones, assess impact, and make necessary adjustments to keep everything on track.
Innovate and Inspire: Bring your unique perspective and expertise to the table, backed by data and industry trends.
Education / Experience:
Experience: 5 years in English, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or relevant work experience.
Skills: Strong project management and change management techniques, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Curiosity: A passion for new ideas and innovations to drive business results.
Analytical and Strategic: Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to measure the impact of talent strategy campaigns, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and apply solid knowledge of content strategy and design principles.
What you'll bring to the team...
Preferred:
Experience with design tools like Canva and videography development.
3 years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related area.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
