YOUR NEW ROLE
Based to the South of Denver Metro Area, this opportunity will allow the Lead Technician to take full responsibility for the smooth running and upkeep of Operations across the Maintenance function.
Leading a team including Assistant Technicians and Porters, you will have strong technical knowledge and skills across crafts such as plumbing, electronics and HVAC, among others.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be a success in this role, prior experience within an apartment maintenance environment is essential for this role, coupled with a valid driver's license.
Ideally, you will have a HVAC or EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal), whilst a CPO would be a bonus.
Alongside this, CAMT would also be a desirable qualification to have.
You must be knowledgeable across hand tools, power tools, measuring devices and mechanical equipment.
