Job Posting for CPST Service Provider at Hopewell Health Centers, Inc.
CPST Service Provider, Full time: 40 hours per week. This position will be providing Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Services to severely and persistently mentally ill clients. Must be able to work with adults as well as children in surrounding communities.
Required: H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.; Demonstrates the skills and ability to communicate and work with persons receiving service, their families, community service providers, and team members in the assessment, problem solving, and delivery of rehabilitative services Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Social Work or closely related field and a LSW.
Position requires good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients and their families, a valid driver's license, good driving record and vehicle suitable for transportation.
