PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors’ health so they can live safely in their homes. HopeWest PACE provides home care, access to the day center and clinic, transportation to and from medical appointments, and activities to enhance the lives of patients and their families. This innovative program balances medical, emotional, physical, and social needs of seniors.
The Executive Assistant to PACE Executive Director provides comprehensive assistance to the PACE Executive Director by managing the support functions and details that result in a well-organized executive office. This role also provides effective support for oversight of PACE operations and support services, a respected image of the organization’s leadership through excellent internal and external customer service, anticipation of events, management of details, and effective communication.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting a senior level executive.
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience is highly desirable.
- Superior organizational skills and the proven ability to develop effective systems for managing information.
- Detail and accuracy orientation.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft including Word, Outlook, Publisher, Excel, and Power Point and extensive experience in general computer usage.
- Superior communication and personal relations skills.
- Exemplary typing skills including the use of standard business machines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and recognize the need for sensitivity in handling information.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

- Competitive pay structure starting at $24.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and education
