Support Specialist
The Support Specialist is located in the PACE Clinic and assists in a Front Desk capacity. Daily tasks include checking participants in and out of their visits, scheduling follow-up or acute appointments in the clinic, and calling both participants and outside providers to confirm appointments. The Support Specialist is the primary person on the phone call tree for all incoming calls and directs/transfers those calls within the program as needed.

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree is preferred.
- Experience in a PACE program or comparable populations highly desirable.
- Experience working in Electronic Medical Records
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Ability to quickly master new software programs, including electronic health records.
- Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of electronic health records systems.
- Excellent computer and technology skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to focus on multiple priority tasks
