- Prepare accurate and timely month-end reporting packages, including KPI reporting, Inventory Activity and Receiving, Monthly departmental expense reporting, and other reports as necessary.
- Coordinate month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings, as well as annual audits, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Provide support to the corporate financial staff by assisting with miscellaneous reporting tasks.
- Stays updated on current and accepted accounting practices and procedures, recommending procedural improvements as needed.
- Performs any other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
- 2 years of experience in an accounting role with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and time management capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
