Responsibilities:

- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Monitor sales performance in alignment with established sales plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-to-date, and annual basis.
- Travel to job sites to verify schedules, assess completion percentages, troubleshoot potential issues, and coordinate the necessary materials and equipment.
- Inspect incoming material shipments for accuracy and completeness, matching them against the shipper's report.
- Provide customers with sales quotations using MBS Software.
- Process production orders, including the nesting of metal parts for the Plasma Cutter, making corrections to detail shop drawings as needed, reviewing shippers' reports for accuracy, placing material orders, and coordinating production and customer schedules.
- Offer technical support to customers, production teams, and other departments within the company, which includes tasks like technical drawings, selecting materials (trim), and overseeing field erection of buildings.
- Use computer skills to select products, prepare presentations, and communicate effectively with customers and distributors.
- Deliver sales service by working with customers and corporate resources to address and resolve issues.
- Engage in continuous professional and technical development by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Maintain a professional attitude in the workplace, showing consideration for others and striving to work effectively as part of a team.
- Educate yourself on competitors and their products.
- Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and shipping schedules.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information on sales strategies and marketing.
- Inform customers about estimated delivery schedules, warranties, and other relevant information regarding their purchases.
- Attend work as specified in the Employee Handbook or by your supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Comply with government regulations, laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Experience in the fabrication, erection and design details of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings is required.
