The responsibilities of this seasonal full-time position include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, and stocking of marine parts and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting boaters in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination of parts for boat sales and service.
- Implement effective inventory control measures, conducting regular audits, and optimizing stock levels to meet customer demands.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and terms to secure competitive deals and maintain profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive parts department sales and profitability, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure the parts department is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of marine parts and accessories, with a passion for boating and the boating industry.
- Proven experience in parts management or a related field, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
