· Develop and manage a communications strategy for Site Engagement that provides regular, meaningful, and engaging information that is timely and relevant to the initiatives occurring at the U.S. R&D Sites
· Create communications plans and materials to promote engagement initiatives and events on various internal platforms (including Nucleus and Workplace) and work closely with the Site Communications Team on messaging and dissemination
· Write communication materials for senior leaders which may include speeches, talking points, and briefs
· Develop high-quality project deliverables (e.g. project concept, timelines, and progress reports) for various initiatives and to share with senior leadership.
· Create and manage an annual editorial calendar for Site Engagement
· Provide communications support to other functions in Site Operations on an as needed basis
Engagement:
· Lead the planning and execution of engagement initiatives for the Gaithersburg campus, our largest U.S. R&D Site.
· Support engagement activities at the Waltham, New York, South San Francisco, and Durham sites
· Champion and support the sites’ volunteer initiatives by working collaboratively with the Power of Us to execute locally
· Partner with various functions to promote and support cross-functional engagement. Provide support to various employee initiatives including R&D Engagement, Employee Resource Groups, and new employee initiatives.
