Solar Installer

Invaleon Solar is currently seeking to hire Solar Installers to join our growing team of trade professionals. To succeed in this position, you must be reliable, hardworking, and a team player, with a desire to continually learn and improve your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Load vans with solar equipment, travel to job sites, keep vehicles clean and tidy
• Assemble racking and install solar panels per code and plan specifications
• Work both independently and as part of a team to get installs completed in a timely manner
• Maintain safe working conditions at all times
• Organize project materials and clean up the job site daily

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and self transportation
• Consistent attendance, reliable work ethic
• prior experience working in a construction setting is preferred
• prior electrical training or experience is preferred, but not required
• prior solar installer experience is preferred, but not required
• Competent use power, hand tools and other related equipment
• Ability to climb ladders, have good balance, not be afraid of heights, and work on roofs standing or bending for long periods of time
• Lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be comfortable working all four seasons in hot, cold and inclement weather
• Work well in a team environment & have effective communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Electrical Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
