Essential Functions:
This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) Services department, ensuring smooth operations. This includes documentation planning and support, project administration, general office support, executive secretarial support, human resource planning, event planning and administration, office relocation planning, mail services, records, and data input.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supports IRONWOOD’s overall mission, vision, and core values through assisting with the HR department’s
needs. Seeks out industry best practices, effective, and efficient methods to achieve operational excellence.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, recordkeeping, and data entry.
Assist in the preparation of HR presentations and reports.
Support the HR team in organizing campaigns and events.
Maintain and update HR records and databases as needed.
Help in gathering necessary data and research for HR initiatives.
Monitor client emails and phone calls as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform the job successfully, the requirements representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required include the following:
Education/Experience – High school diploma, general educational development credential, or equivalent degree program is required.
Language & Communication – Expresses thoughts verbally and in written form. Exhibits good listening and comprehension. Selects and uses appropriate communication methods. Keeps others adequately informed. Strong communication skills in English are essential. Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills are desired.
