Dating Coordinator

It’s Just Lunch is the #1 Dating Service for busy professionals in the world. We are looking for a an upbeat and positive qualified candidate to join the Houston team. Our Dating Coordinators manage the day-to-day activities of our client memberships and serve as the liaison between our clients’ and their Dating Director.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Take inbound and place outbound calls
• Present matches to clients
• Schedule dates and appointments
• Make reservations for client appointments
• Document communication with clients
• Obtain and apply client feedback
• Meet goals and achieving bonuses
• Work effectively with clients and team members
• Assist in the overall efficiency for the office (inventory, filing, banking, cleanliness, etc.)
• Manage client database with an exceptional, above and beyond, level of customer service.
• Provide professional coaching and advising to clients in order to develop a greater outcome and higher success rate in their membership
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates as potential matches for clients
• Support for sales team and overall success of the entire team

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 year customer relationship management, service and/or sales experience
• Upbeat, positive and energetic—we setup fun, first dates!
• Multitasker, Self-motivated, confident, organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Ability to work with upscale professionals
• 2-year degree (preferred)

Compensation:

• Base salary: $44,000/year
• Plus commissions
• Plus incentives
