Compensation pay range for position: $55,000 - $90,000 Salary

Store Manager: Our Store Managers manage overall store operations and profitability by providing outstanding customer service, superior staff selection and retention, effective training and development, creative visual merchandising, inventory and expense control, safety and security, store policies and procedures, and record-keeping.

Our Store Managers promote, create, and maintain a team atmosphere and support company values of environmental stewardship.

The ideal JAX Store Manager will have exceptional customer service skills, supervisory experience in a retail environment, a charming personality, enjoy working as a team and will:

• Build relationships with coworkers, customers, and community through teamwork and a positive attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years retail management experience; three to five years of retail buying experience preferred.
• Leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to foster ownership, continuous learning, empowerment, and effective communication
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Good trouble-shooting skills and a willingness to share experience and knowledge

.• Solid verbal and written communications skills.

• Solid working knowledge of store’s merchandise line.
• Strong analytical and organization skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills.
