Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and efficient assistance to customers regarding product information, pricing, and order status
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Analyze customer feedback and communicate suggestions for improvement to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in English and Spanish

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to
