Job Description:
We have immediate openings for Management Trainees at Jiffy Lube MultiCare. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our service center, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of technicians and service advisors. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Jiffy Lube MultiCare service center
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Lead and develop a team of technicians and service advisors
- Train and coach employees on service procedures, safety protocols, and customer interaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other store managers to achieve company goals and objectives
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work is performed to company standards
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective customer engagement and service recommendations
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive experience and management experience is required
- Prior shop and quick lube experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt in an automotive service environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
