Our organization is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to play a vital part in the financial decision-making that drives our business forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, with a focus on the Food & Beverage sector of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and improve profitability.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insightful, data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on financial performance on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business strategies.
• Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform cost analysis, identifying areas of improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Assist in the development of long-term business plans and financial models.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis principles and KPIs.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced in Excel.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and business growth.
