Overview: AFTER SCHOOL DAY CARE “COUGAR CLUB” DIRECTOR

We are seeking a dedicated After School Day Care Director to oversee the efficient operation of our "Cougar Club After School Program. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective management to ensure the success of our program. The Director will nurture effective behavior discipline, mentor staff, and communicate effectively with the School Principal, staff, and parents.

The Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the “Cougar Club” center, including working with students, training and supervising staff, program development, facility maintenance, supply inventory and program budget, reports, communicate with school, parents, and community, enrichment development and delivery, and all other tasks necessary for the center's successful operation. They will perform additional responsibilities as needed or directed by the Superintendent/Principal.

This position is a 7.5 hour a day for 218 days per year.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.87 - $28.16 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
