What's the job?

• Create, maintain, and update of employee master data in the HR information system. Supports transactions for Hirings, Job Changes, Terminations, Personal.
• Keep governance policies, processes, and documentation up to date.
• Developing and maintaining data cleansing and data enrichment techniques.
• Deliver regular reporting, analysis, and recommendations to HR.
• Create methodology, implement, and monitor list of reporting KPIs.
• Provide scenario analysis,
• Build pipeline of data ingestion automation, process streamline and future HR data architecture and reporting

What you'll bring

• Experience in developing Power BI data models
• Knowledge of data warehouse development and principles
• Experience of developing and refining data warehouses on cloud systems (Databricks, Google Big Query)
• Good Knowledge of Data Engineering Technologies such as SQL Server, Azure Data Lakes, IPAAS, Databricks etc
• Good Excel Skills and good knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
• Analytical Minded with good Problem-solving Skills
• Knowledge/experience of Power BI, DAX, M, SQL and experience of implementing row level security (RLS)
• Knowledge/experience of Power Automate
• Knowledge/experience of Python
• Attention to details
