Cashier

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with their purchases - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system - Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions - Provide product information and assist customers with product selection - Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise as needed - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Skills: - Previous experience in cash handling or cashiering preferred - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system - Knowledge of technology sales or jewelry sales is a plus - Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
