Work closely with the banquet team to ensure timely completion of set-up tasks. Respond to requests from event organizers and staff to make adjustments or additions to the set-up.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment. Assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events, including removing furniture, equipment, and decorations.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain or Event Coordinator.
