RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide accurate product information and serving as a knowledgeable resource for customer
- Meeting or exceeding monthly performance objective including call quality, attendance and punctuality, adherence and call handle time
- Assist manager with any reports and special assignments
- Document detailed information regarding service orders in our computer system
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately
- Technical troubleshooting and gathering information from customers to identify root cause of customer problems and/or dissatisfaction.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Bilingual- Spanish/ English ( preferred ), English required
- Keyboarding skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, resilient, courteous, helpful, pleasant personality
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills required
- Good listener and problem solver
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
