RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide accurate product information and serving as a knowledgeable resource for customer
Meeting or exceeding monthly performance objective including call quality, attendance and punctuality, adherence and call handle time
Assist manager with any reports and special assignments
Document detailed information regarding service orders in our computer system
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately
Technical troubleshooting and gathering information from customers to identify root cause of customer problems and/or dissatisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent
Bilingual- Spanish/ English ( preferred ), English required
Keyboarding skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive, resilient, courteous, helpful, pleasant personality
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills required
Good listener and problem solver
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
