New West Village restaurant Libertine seeks professional, hard-working and capable Line Cooks to join the team.
Libertine is a new French bistro opening in May of 2023 on an historic corner of the West Village. Serving updated riffs on traditional and forgotten regional French dishes alongside natural wine and producer-driven cocktails, Libertine aims to celebrate local Northeastern American agriculture through a distinctly Francophilic lens.

In this position, under the direction of the Sous Chef and Chef/Partner, you will be responsible for a station within the kitchen. You will adhere to the standard operating procedures for food quality and aid in keeping the kitchen compliant with the regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness.
Salary : $20 - $25
