Job Description
Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician to join our Swing-shift (see hours below) team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. As the PKI Service Desk Technician, you will provide technical and system support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Center on Fort Huachuca. You will work across many teams and high-level managers in the organization to design, lead, manage, maintain, and track assets, deploy, implement, troubleshoot, and support the workforce environment.
The PKI Technician will provide on-site support as necessary to ensure all network capabilities are available. In this position, you will provide CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension, and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces network tokens associated PKI credentialing for daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and support for all Enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology.
- Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions.
- Provide End-user certificate support for certificates.
- Maintain a key service of PKI systems.
- Support certificate requests, escalating to senior members as needed
- Maintain, support, and troubleshoot PKI systems.
- Propose and implement improvements to PKI in accordance with standard procedures and change control policies and procedures.
- Participate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.
- Implement changes to the PKI infrastructure in accordance with standard procedures and change control policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Active Secret DoD Security Clearance (we will sponsor the right candidate).
- IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security CE) equivalent or higher.
- Current Computing Environment (CE) certification (required within 90 days of performance start date).
Shift/Hours Information: Swing-Shift
- 4:00 pm to 12:30 am (1600hr - 0030hr)
- (4days/8hours) Thursday - Monday
