What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at LovelySkin and Skin Specialists?

Our people are our most cherished resource at LovelySkin, and as an in-house Recruiter, you'll be a key part of the effort to find great people to join the LovelySkin teams. This recruiting position comes with a ton of opportunity for ownership; you’ll source, screen, schedule, and get to know, entertain, educate and make offers to future LovelySkin employees. The right person will contribute broadly in more than just the recruiting realm however, by helping to form culture, establish our employer branding in the Omaha area, and facilitating all aspects of an amazing candidate experience.

A Day in the Life:

· Build engagement with candidates through compelling candidate experience touch points including building tours, phone screens and a commitment to timely communication

· Partner with Talent Operations Lead and hiring managers to conduct tandem in-house interviews and candidate job shadows

· Take ownership of the recruiting life cycle for assigned job requisitions

· Monitor Applicant Tracking System(ATS) and ensure all candidates are receiving timely feedback

· Assist in the content generation and maintenance of external facing employer branding (LinkedIn).

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships while maintaining confidentiality

· Assist in the development of innovative and scalable solutions to build diverse prospect pools through multiple channels.

· Additional duties as assigned

What you bring to the table:

· 3 years of direct full cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field

· Experience working in an environment requiring a high sense of urgency and attention to detail

· High energy, positive attitude, creative, innovative, and resourceful

· Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
