Overview
As a voice for Lowes Foods, the Digital Media Specialist will utilize strong relationship management skills to ensure our agency partners stay true to our unique brand as we continue to break the mold of traditional supermarket expectations. You will oversee initiatives from the start of the creative process to final product completion, ensuring delivery of outstanding and engaging digital experiences that drive our consumer appeal.
The Digital Media Specialist drives strategy, management, and growth as well as contributes to and supports overall digital strategy to include email and website. The position guides, develops, manages, and executes the digital strategy for the Lowes Foods brand.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- College degree in Marketing (Digital Marketing preferred) and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Email Service Provider (ESP) – prior experience with Bronto, CheetahMail, Constant Contact, MailChimp, or a similar system.
- Website Content Management (SiteCore) experience preferred
- Some previous technical experience specifically in HTML and CSS.
- Detail oriented - able to provide structure in fluid environments, ensure flawless execution, and keep multiple balls in the air at the same time.
- Change agent - not only reacts well to change but helps to lead, actively participate in, and communicate change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Guest focused - always able to think from a guest's perspective and represent their needs internally and in all marketing communications.
