Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Senior Business Development Director at All Global, an M3 company.

We offer our clients a single point of access for healthcare insights through qualitative and quantitative research methods. All of the data collection we undertake is underpinned by our own proprietary research panel of healthcare professionals.
Job Description
The Director of Business Development is responsible for sales of company services to market research clients and prospects in the US, ensuring that services are conducted in compliance with the ISO 20252 / 26362 standard, as represented in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures including industry guidelines (e.g.BHBIA and EphMRA) and other regulatory- and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with healthcare market research and agency clients by becoming a trusted ally.
- Personally drive business through generation of new leads, converting accounts, consulting with clients and adding valuable recommendations for project execution
- Achieve a monthly commercial revenue and net sales target
- Consistent with company culture, the Director of Business Development will work with the VP Sales to develop and implement key account planning and strategy
- Serve as expert on the Lightspeed Health offering and be a knowledgeable resource on industry norms.
- Become a value-added resource for clients on local healthcare systems and methodological approaches globally
Qualifications
- 5 years Healthcare sales experience.
- Deep domain experience in online Healthcare market research.
- Proven track record of successful business development and client management
- Demonstrated ability to cold call, prospect, present, negotiate, and close business
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunity and problem-solve
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
