Seeking an up and coming Sale Analyst with the primary focus on Forecasting.
As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working with data to make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data/forecasting and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Provide ongoing analysis of customer data to identify opporunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure alignment of sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power query, and charts)
- Sales knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiary with forecasting software would be a huge plus, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance or a related field
