The Bar Manager oversees staff and operations of the bar/café, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency, providing an inviting experience for customers.
Duties:
1. Monitor quality and service standards
2. Direct and manage staff to meet all standards and objectives
3. Train bar/café staff as needed
4. Ensure staff follows all safety and control regulations.
5. Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.
6. Directs and manage staff to meet all standards and objectives
7. Oversees preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
8. Assist patrons with questions or complaints.
9. Performs other related duties as required.
