Responsible of managing the sale and acquisition of used cranes in a specified region or other major geographic area (Americas). Lead used cranes market/sales development to generate leads contributing to the company's revenue growth and other objectives as assigned. Develop and implement sales strategies using several tools such as software valuations, used website, sales crm "pipedrive", crane order board. Represents the company with integrity and a professional image in the assigned territory. Serves as company point person for all USED sales from distribution network, house accounts and end user customers. Monitor and improve used sales processes and techniques to enhance team performance. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies. Provide regular reports on used sales metrics and achievements. Promote our Used Cranes and EnCore program. Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Report USED crane sales and inventory forecast and relevant metrics, align with business plan goals and objectives.
Monitor data analytics to make informed decisions regarding sales strategies, pricing, product positioning on USED crane sales and acquisitions.
Manage and maintain a used cranes system design (used website, crm pipedrive, crane order board, others)
Develop and maintain strong relationships internally with country orgs and Global USED team in EU and EmMkts, externally with distributors, customers, and suppliers.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the sales teams, leading to explore new markets and opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing with three to five years’ experience. In lieu of education seven to nine years’ experience in Crane Sales / Service or other construction equipment related field.
National/International sales of construction equipment.
Plan travels with country orgs, distribution, and suppliers to discuss business sales forecast and acquisition/inventory objectives.
Visit key customers on a scheduled basis to keep them informed of company plans and achievements.
Support country orgs sales teams effort to sell company products.
Participate in regional expositions that benefit the company, auctions, local distributor and customer base.
Support and maintain open lines of communications to facilitate flow of company information to distribution channel.
Travel requirement 80%
Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English), good attitude, team worker, empathic personality.
