Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Spa Manager who embodies positivity, excels in customer service, and is driven by sales and success. As the Spa Manager, you will oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure that every guest leaves feeling revitalized and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of spa professionals to deliver outstanding service.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth and collaboration.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable and engaged.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide a high level of customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales through strategic promotions, upselling services and products, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, set targets, and develop action plans to achieve them.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain spa cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a spa or hospitality management role, with a strong understanding of spa operations.
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Demonstrated sales and business development acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
