Roadmaster Marketing is seeking a Digital Ad Buyer to join our plucky, ragtag team. The Buyer will be tasked with kickstarting digital projects, analyzing data, reporting on results, and captaining effective digital marketing strategies, all while ensuring that our clients get the most bang for their buck.

Experience in working with an ad budget is a must. In this role you will be directly responsible for digital ad buy on Google and Meta, as well as display, preroll, and streaming TV.

Responsibilities
- Create advertising strategies, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for accounts
- Ensure all campaigns are in full alignment with brand identity and expectations.
- Manage all paid advertising channels/products, including but not limited to: Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snap.
- Work with multiple advertising verticals including search, programmatic, and social.
- Provide complete and accurate data for weekly and monthly reports, such as conversion optimization, keyword research, and targeting.
- Knowledgeable and confident in making recommendations for improvement in areas that require TLC.
- Maintain up-to-date information on industry progress and paid advertising best practices.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Google Analytics and Facebook Ads experience required
- Google AdWords certification, as well as other key advertising and marketing certifications
- Experience making recommendations on ad budgets and ad management strategies
- Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display and Video Advertising
- Experience analyzing social advertising data

Due to the responsibilities of this role, it is essential that this position be filled on a full-time basis only. Full-time in-office is preferred, however, hybrid schedules can be discussed.
