TITLE: SERVICE COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
REPORTS TO: SERVICE SUPERVISOR
JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Service Coordinator Assistant serves internal and external customers by providing support and assistance with accounts receivable, invoicing, purchase order reconciliation and phone support. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Service Department as needed. Must be a self-starter who can perform well in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail and customer service qualities. Exceptional organization and customer service skills, ability to research and solve problems in a high-pressure environment, good at multitasking, possess high energy level, teamwork focused, excellent phone, customer service, and data entry skills. Prior experience in commercial HVAC/Plumbing dispatching/service preferred. Experience in BuildOps is also preferred.
·Answer incoming calls and act as a liaison to our customers.
·Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
·Assist with Accounts Receivables and collections.
·Complete PO Reconciliation.
·Must be detail oriented, able to multitask, and handle fast paced, high pressure situations.
·Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
·Must be able to utilize all Microsoft products proficiently including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
·HVAC, Plumbing or service industry experience is a plus but not required.
·Other duties as assigned.
