Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist at My Investments Matter, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts forward, leveraging your expertise in web design and GoHighLevel to enhance our online presence and engage our audience effectively. Collaborating closely with our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of transforming lives through strategic real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Optimize Marketing Funnels:

• Create and optimize marketing funnels to guide potential customers through the conversion process.
• Utilize GoHighLevel platform to build and manage funnels, automate processes, and track performance metrics.
• Continuously monitor and adjust funnels based on analytics data to maximize conversion rates.

Design and Maintain Landing Pages:

• Design visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages using web design tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure landing pages align with branding and marketing objectives.
• Regularly update and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Manage Product-Related Tasks:

• Oversee tasks related to product launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with product development teams to gather requirements, set timelines, and execute marketing plans effectively.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers to inform future marketing initiatives.

Oversee the Mentorship Portal:

• Manage and maintain the mentorship portal, ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for members.
• Collaborate with the media production team to upload content, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve user experience.
• Gather feedback from users and implement enhancements to optimize portal functionality.

Collaborate with Other Managers for Campaign Strategies on a Larger Scale:

• Work closely with other managers to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals.
• Participate in strategy meetings, contribute insights and ideas, and coordinate efforts to execute integrated marketing campaigns effectively.
• Utilize web design skills to create visually appealing campaign assets and collateral.

Ads and Monetizing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Utilize GoHighLevel for ad management, tracking, and optimization, ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize ad creatives for maximum impact.

Portal Creation and Automation:

• Identify opportunities for automation within marketing processes and implement solutions using GoHighLevel.
• Develop and automate processes to streamline portal creation and management, improving efficiency and scalability.
• Regularly review and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

AI Development and Automation:

• Learn how to create automation utilizing AI.
• Create drip campaigns for our clients, and auto response for potential leads
• Use AI Technology to create flow charts, communications, and execute ideas

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in web design and development, with experience using tools such as WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in GoHighLevel platform for marketing automation, funnel building, landing pages that convert and CRM management.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience in creating and optimizing marketing funnels, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
