Local Paper Company / Contract Specialist - Bids

Pay: $17 Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5

The Contract Specialist - Bids position provides support for vendor contracts, end-user pricing and bid related sourcing.


Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Sourcing and maintaining bids
  • Submitting bid proposals
  • Working with vendors to acquire contracts
  • Bid reporting
  • Maintaining bid records and electronic filing record
  • Overseeing pricing and bid competitiveness
  • An Associates degree is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Bid and Contract work is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software to include Excel, Word, Outlook is required


Applicant Requirements:

  • Must have a clean background.
  • Pass a drug screen.
