Responsibilities and Duties:

• Continually develop a network of buyers through traditional and alternative methods.

• Using our proprietary software to maintain the consistency and accuracy of your pipeline.

• Attending local networking events.

• Determining ARV and comparative market analysis.

• Selling properties in our private inventory.

• Facilitating the sale of properties with clients and title companies.

• Identifying off-market properties for purchase.

• Meeting with potential buyers and sellers of single-family homes.

• Working with Investors.
