Northwest Bank is seeking a Temporary Credit Card Specialist. The position will perform duties including Return Mail Processing, Post Closing Reviews, Daily Card Maintenance, Daily Reporting and Monitoring, and Card Reissuance. This is a temporary position with a possible duration up to 6 months. Full- or Part-Time hours will be considered with availability Monday-Friday.
Duties including but not limited to:
- Return mail processing
- Posts closing reviews
- Daily card maintenance
- Daily reporting and monitoring related to credit card applications and payments
- Card reissuance
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
- Strong Customer Service Experience
