## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, managing phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.
## Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Assist in organizing office activities and events
## Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office management software
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Experience in project coordination or event planning is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
