Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities include:
- Helps keep the property safe and attractive
- Maintains relationships with staff members, current and prospective residents, and contractors working on the property
- Satisfies service tickets requested in a timely manner
- Assists with apartment make-ready procedures
- Inspects grounds daily, assists in preventative maintenance procedures
- Takes on call emergency work orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
