The Landscape Maintenance Laborer at Park West is responsible for helping to keep commercial landscapes clean, well-groomed, and visually appealing. They work under the guidance of the Foreman and other team members, operating landscape maintenance equipment, planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, removing debris, and performing other landscape tasks. Along with technical skills, this role also requires emotional skills like adaptability, teamwork, and communication.
Responsibilities:
Help maintain commercial landscapes by mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing, following company standards and project specifications.
Safely operate landscape maintenance equipment like mowers, trimmers, and blowers, following safety protocols.
Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other materials according to project specifications and Foreman's instructions.
Keep landscape areas clean by removing debris, trash, and fallen branches.
Follow company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems under the Foreman's guidance.
Complete other landscape tasks assigned by Foreman or team members efficiently and accurately.
Communicate effectively with Foreman and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth completion.
Adhere to the assigned work hours, including breaks and lunch.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
