This position is located at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), Board Operations Division, Office of the Board Executive. PTAB conducts trials under the American Invents Act, decides appeals from adverse decisions of examiners concerning applications for patents, conducts interference proceedings and makes final determinations in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as to questions of priority and patentability.
