Job Description
Position: Sales Executive Reporting to the President of a logistics organization that offers various logistical services for the states of Texas and Louisiana. Founded in 2011, PBS has over twenty-five associates. This organization offers services such as Same Day & Next Day Delivery, Mailroom Solutions, Warehouse Distribution, and LTL Transportation. They serve professional service companies, the medical sector, financial institutions, manufacturing, and wholesalers. They pride themselves on being dependable, accountable, personable, and making business simple.
The Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting new opportunities, gaining access to C-Level decision makers and develop strong relationships, develop value-added solutions to customer issues, focus on long-term partnerships. Develop Business Plans outlining focus within key verticals. Also, may perform customer business reviews and act on any growth opportunities, prospect for new business opportunities within key verticals, oversee proposal development and response to RFPs and RFIs, develop Scope of Work documents and assist in costing and pricing development, respond to customer needs and develop a methodical overview and solution for problems.
Background Required:
Business to business sales (5 years)

Track record of exceeding quota ($1 to $2 million in new sales)
Computer literate: Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Residence: Dallas, TX or Houston, TX

Compensation structure:
Base: $75,000
